I have been struggling to reactivate my subscription to nitro and it is not working! I'm now furious. I have gotten emails, none of which helped. I spent $79, then over a hundred dollars and NOTHING HAS WORKED. I have taken a picture of the initial numbers and double checked them multiple times. It DOESN'T work.

Nitro Software - Nitro in its Entirety.
I am mostly dissatisfied with customer support. You have to jump many hops to pray you get technical support or any kind for that matter. There is a cliche in my Request Signature app., which is a problem for my business since I rely on it. Nitro prices are slightly lower, but I rather pay a little more for Acrobat and have no delay in my productivity, unfortunately Nitro is costing me money. I which they had the support to hear what their customers need.Nitro is not for a high volume business nor for beginners.

Nitro Software - Customer Service is Pathetic
It is impossible to submit a ticket through their website or to reach a live human. Essentially, once you buy their product you are on your own, do not expect any assistance if the product does not work properly (and it probably won't!). I cannot get the system to accept my license key as valid despite it being valid, and there is no means to reach any human being for assistance or support. Whoever is responsible for customer support should be fired into the sun.

I have a technical issue with this Request Signatures. The clients are receiving one or two of the documents but not the rest. I resent it and they again receive one but not the other. I called got routed to a chat agent and she prompted me to a payment app when I am still under warranty. You have to jump hoops and pray you get help. I have spent over an hour on this issue. I have been asked to write a review. I could use this hour to make money.

Nitro Software - Nitro Support Doesn't Exist...
Every software needs support. Nitro seems to count on only their community forum (which is rarely monitored by Nitro) for users to get help when things don't work. That's a terrible solution for business users, and the IT team that supports them. I'd suggest another PDF editor, maybe Foxit.

Nitro Software - Support at Nitro does not exist...
Nitro works fine... until it doesn't. I have dozens of Nitro licenses at my company and when there are issues, there is no way to resovle the issue. Nitro support only offers a community forum that gets no attention from Nitro. I have postings there that are days or weeks old and have not gotten any response from Nitro support. There is no phone number, no other way to open a support ticket. Terrible support. I'd suggest another PDF editor... try Foxit.

Technical issues with E-signature. I ended up purchasing Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Lack of technical support and is is unreliable. There is no real savings compared to Adobe Acrobat. The system is not geared for a busy environment. I will never recommend Nitro. I would say pay a little bit more and avoid headaches.

I have been a Nitro user for 5+ years. Today I tried the Request Signature option for an agreement and accidently mis-typed my password. Nitro locked me out because I "entered my password incorrectly too many times." It was once. No support phone number or any way to submit a ticket. USE ANY COMPETITIVE PRODUCT TO NITRO PRO AND YOU WILL BE HAPPIER.AAV

Do NOT buy this product if you expect any live customer support! I bought Nitro Pro almost three weeks ago, had my credit card charged, and I still can't get it activated to use. I tried submitting a ticket online and was put into an endless loop. I tried to call them and could not get a live person. It's a shame that they are so lacking in customer support as the product is actually fairly good when it works. However, I think I'm going to be looking for another program.

I submitted a ticket for support on 2/16/24. I have gone back and forth doing all the recommended changes to get my nitro to qork properly. It will not convert emails to pdf as it should and has done in the past. I am unable to speak with someone or get a response from support via email. I want my nitro to work or be reimbursed

Can't activate

I have FINALLY received an email with a solution - after a month - and the program is now working. Again, TERRIBLE customer service! It's a shame because the software is easy to work with, but I don't know if I'll go through this again when this license expires.
